Update 1 – December 13, 2021
As a result of the ongoing investigation, detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service were able to identify 5 male suspects.
Jagdeep SANDHU (23 years old) of Niagara Falls, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Aggravated Assault Assault with a weapon
Yuvraj GILL (21 years old) of Niagara Falls, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Aggravated Assault Assault with a weapon
Vansh AIREN (21 years old) of Niagara Falls, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Aggravated Assault Assault with a weapon
Manwinder SINGH (21 years old) of Niagara Falls, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Aggravated Assault Assault with a weapon (2 Counts)
Kamalpreet SINGH (19 years old) of Niagara Falls, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Aggravated Assault Assault with a weapon
Kamalpreet SINGH was held in custody pending a video bail hearing that is expected to take place on December 14, 2023 at the Robert S.K Welch Courthouse, in the City of St. Catharines.
GILL, AIREN, Manwinder SINGH and SANDHU attended a bail hearing and were released with future court dates.
The investigation remains ongoing with 2 District detectives.

Original Release – November 9, 2023
On Thursday, November 9th, 2023, at approximately 2:10am, 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the area of Kingsbridge Park located at 7400 Niagara River Parkway, in the City of Niagara Falls for a large disturbance.
Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male with injuries. Niagara Emergency Medical Service (NEMS) paramedics attended the scene and provided medical treatment prior to transporting the victim to a local hospital. The injuries sustained by the victim were considered serious in nature, resulting in the victim being transported to an out-of-town hospital for further medical care.
The K9 unit with the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the area and conducted a track however had negative results in locating a suspect/suspects.
2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) detectives attended the scene and assumed carriage of the investigation.
