Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) are requesting the publics assistance in locating 17-year-old Jada BALGOBIN.
Jada was last seen in the downtown area of St. Catharines on Tuesday, November 3, 2025, and was reported missing on Thursday, November 13th, 2025. Efforts to locate her have come up empty.
Detectives have a concern for her wellbeing and are appealing to the public for assistance in locating her.
Jada is described as follows.
Female White 5’11” tall Thin build Dark brown/red hair Was last seen wearing a large olive-green winter coat
Anyone with information on Jada’s whereabouts is asked to contact the NRPS at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009703.
Members of the community who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477(TIPS). Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to people who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
