Welland Man Arrested on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material Charges

In October of 2025, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit commenced an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children. The investigation stemmed from approximately 126 incidents of sharing child sexual abuse and exploitation material over social media platforms between May of 2025 and October of 2025. Port Colborne Woman Arrested on Child Sexual Abuse Material Charges

In October of 2025, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit commenced an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children. The investigation into the child sexual abuse material led to a female who works as a bus monitor for the Port Colborne High School bus route.
