On June 23rd, 2022, at 2:40pm Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) officers assigned to 6 District (Port Colborne) received a traffic complaint regarding an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) being operated on King Street near Main Street West, in the City of Port Colborne.  The complainant reported a young child appeared to be strapped to the chest of the ATV operator.
