The Town of Lincoln is launching the WaterSmart Customer Portal, a web-based tool for residents and businesses to monitor water usage.
The public website allows the town’s water consumers to view and pay bills, track their daily water usage, get leak alerts and receive information that relates to conserving town water.
Existing town water customers can register at https://lincolnon.watersmart.com/index.php/welcome. Registrants will need their town water account number and their postal code to identify themselves in the system. The town will soft launch the portal for 780 customers in April followed by a full launch in May.
