The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Sexual Assault Unit (SAU) has investigated a historic sexual assault in the Niagara region.
An adult female victim reported a series of sexual assaults and other offences that occurred over a period of several years. The offences are alleged to have taken place when the victim was under 16 years of age and continued into adulthood. The victim and the accused were known to each other.
As a result of the investigation, 38-year-old Bradley Joel Samuel SEIP of Fort Erie was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Sexual interference Invitation to sexual touching Sexual exploitation Sexual assault (four counts) Uttering death threats (two counts)
The accused is being held for a bail hearing on June 4, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines, Ont.
To protect the identity of the victim, limited details are being released.
The investigation remains ongoing. The SAU believes there may be additional victims and is appealing to anyone who believes they are a victim or has information about other potential victims to contact investigators at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1025110.
