Single-Vehicle Fatal Collision Investigation – Lincoln

On June 4, 2025, at 8:32 p.m., emergency services responded to a serious single-vehicle collision in the Town of Lincoln.

Uniform officers from the 8 District office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS), Niagara Emergency Medical Services paramedics, and Lincoln Fire Services personnel attended the scene on King Street between Lincoln Avenue and Stadelbauer Drive. The lone 34-year-old male driver from Welland was operating a grey Kawaski Ninja motorcycle.  He tragically was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Detectives from the NRPS Collision Reconstruction Unit were called to the scene and are being assisted by detectives from the NRPS Forensic Services Unit. The investigation is ongoing.

King Street was re-opened to traffic at approximately 5:15 a.m. June 5, 2025.

Anyone (residents / business owners) who may have been in the area with cell phones, closed circuit video recording, or dash camera footage between 8:00p.m. and 8:30 p.m., is asked to review their footage of the area and contact police if they observe anything that may be related to this investigation.
