Detectives from the 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Criminal Investigations Branch of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are investigating three separate incidents involving a suspicious male in the Thorold area.
The incidents occurred on August 4, 5, and 7, 2025, in the following locations:
Richmond Avenue and Romy Crescent Schmon Parkway and Merrittville Highway Confederation Avenue and Keefer Road
In each instance, the male approached adult female victims and grabbed them before fleeing the area on a stand up, motorized scooter.
The suspect is described as:
Black 20 to 30 years of age Tall with a slim build
