On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) received information that Christopher ARNOCZKI (40 years), who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, was at an address in the Vine Street and Carlton Street area of St. Catharines.
ARNOCZKI was also wanted in connection with an incident on September 6, 2025, involving Flight from Police, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Operation While Prohibited.
Uniformed officers from 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) attended the residence, at which point ARNOCZKI attempted to flee on foot. After a brief pursuit, he was apprehended and taken into custody.
ARNOCZKI remains in custody and is scheduled to attend a bail hearing on Monday, September 15, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street in St. Catharines.

ORIGINAL RELEASE
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at approximately 12:20 p.m., uniform members of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) assigned to 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) attended an automotive business on Welland Avenue in St. Catharines following a report of a male acting erratically.
As officers arrived, the male entered a motorcycle and fled the area at a high rate of speed. Through continued investigation, the suspect was identified as Christopher ARNOCZKI, a 40-year-old, St. Catharines resident.
At the time of this incident, ARNOCZKI was already wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant. He is now additionally wanted for the following criminal offences:
Flight From Police Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Operation While Prohibited
Members of the NRPS are actively attempting to locate ARNOCZKI. Community members are urged not to approach him and to contact police immediately with any information regarding his whereabouts.
