A 34-year old Dunville painter was both happy and shocked after winning the Instant $1 million Royale lottery.
Michael Levely already has plans on how he will use the $1-million winnings. First, he plans to pay off his mortgage and add to his savings. He is also considering buying an income property.
Levely purchased the winning ticket at Pioneer Snack Express on Broad Street in Dunnville, Ontario.
This is the second winner from Dunnville this year. Wendy Boyko won $150,000 with the Bigger Spin Instant game in July.
