The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is currently conducting a missing person investigation stemming from the City of Welland.
Officers assigned to 3 District (Welland / Pelham) are currently searching for LUCAS LEBLANC (17 years) of age. He was last seen on the property to the west of E.L. Crossley Secondary School, located at 350 Highway 20, in the Town of Pelham on October 25th, 2023, at approximately 5:00pm
Lucas is described as follows:
– Male
– White
– 17 years of age
– Appx. 5’7” to 5’8” tall
– Thin build
– Shaved head
– Short (stubble) facial hair
Lucas is believed to be wearing:
– Grey zip up sweater
– Beige pants
– White puma shoes
Lucas is also believed to be carrying two backpacks.
Both the police and Lucas’s family are concerned for his welfare.
3 District officers are asking the public for assistance. Anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of Lucas are being asked to contact the NRPS Communications Unit at 905-688-4111.
