Ontario Health Minister reported 111 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday morning. Twenty-seven of 34 Public Health Units reported five or fewer cases.
That’s eight less than yesterday when 119 new infections were logged.
Today marked the forth day in a row that Ontario’s daily case count has been below 150.
In a post on Twitter Tuesday morning, Deputy Health Minister Christine Ellliot wrote: “Ontario reporting 111 cases of #COVID19, a 0.3% increase. Locally, 27 of the 34 PHUs are reporting 5 or fewer cases, with 16 of them reporting no new cases. Ottawa is reporting 25 cases with 22 more cases in Windsor-Essex. There are only 6 new cases reported in Toronto.”
She subsequently tweeted: “Hospitalizations remain under 100 as the number of patients in ICU and on ventilator are stable.”
