Update 1- February 2, 2022
Niagara Regional Police Service 5 District Fort Erie detectives, have been investigating these incidents since they occurred.
On February 1, 2022, detectives arrested two suspects at a residence in Fort Erie (Crystal Beach).
Scott John LOCHHEAD (40 years old) of Fort Erie is charged with:
Robbery, Section 344(1)(b) C.C. (3 Counts) Disguise with Intent, Section 351(2) C.C. (3 Counts) Theft of Motor, Section 331.1(1) C.C. Fail to Comply with Probation Order, Section 733.1 C.C.
Melissa Katie HENRI (28 years old) of Fort Erie is charged with:
Robbery, Section 344(1)(b) C.C. (3 Counts) Theft of Motor, Section 331.1(1) C.C.
Both accused were held in custody pending a video bail hearing on February 2, 2022.
