Female and Male Wanted in relation to Shooting in Niagara Falls – Update 2

Update 2 – February 25, 2022

With the assistance of the Brantford police, the two parties have been located and the court process has been initiated.

Original Release –

On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at approximately 4:19pm, 2 District (Niagara Falls) uniform officers responded to the Howard Johnsons Inn, located at 8100 Lundy’s Lane, in the City of Niagara Falls, in response to a shooting.

Investigation revealed that an adult male was suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim has been transported to an out of region hospital and is in stable condition.

Prior to police arrival, two suspects were observed leaving the area in a 4 door sedan, described as black or navy blue in colour. 

Nieko Luigi Bodine (26 years old) of Hamilton, is wanted for the following offences of:

Attempt to commit murder using a firearm

Nieko is described as:

White Male 5’9 150lbs Thin Brown hair Brown eyes

Kathleen Bacon (25 years old) of Hamilton, is wanted for the following offences of:

Attempt to commit murder using a firearm

Kathleen is described as:

White Female Blonde Hair

This appears to be a targeted event.

Bodine and Bacon are considered armed and dangerous. If observed, do not approach, call 911.
