On May 7, 2022, 3 District Welland uniform officers were contacted by the family of Roxanne Marie Latham (39 years) to report her missing.
Roxanne had been living in Welland but is also known to stay in the area of Geneva Street and Gale Crescent in St. Catharines. Family advised the officers that Roxanne had not been seen since approximately April 28, 2022. It was reported to officers that on April 27, 2022, while walking, Roxanne may have been struck by a car. The incident was not reported to the police and Roxanne was seen leaving the area with minor injuries.
Officers checked local hospitals and Roxanne was not located.
Roxanne’s location remains unknown.
Roxanne is described as:
5’2” feet tall, approximately 100lbs. Brown short hair Brown eyes Tattoos Left hand between the thumb and index finger – Heart shape Left Forearm – Winnie the Pooh

Officers efforts to locate Roxanne have been unsuccessful thus far. The police and Roxanne’s family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone who may have seen her or know her location are asked to contact Niagara Regional Police “dispatch” or detectives by calling 905-688-4111, extension 1009318.
