1 District St. Catharines detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Service are attempting to locate missing person, 39-year-old Terry Moffat.
Terry was last seen on foot in the area of Niagara Street and the Queen Elizabeth Way on November 18, 2022. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Terry is described as:
Black female 5′ 8″ ft. – 180 lbs. Black straight hair Tattoos
Terry was last seen wearing:
Black leggings White tank top Black sweater White head band
Detectives have exhausted all efforts to locate Terry privately and are now appealing to the public assistance.
Detectives are concerned for her welfare. Anyone who may have information as to Terry’s location are asked to contact detectives by calling 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009964.
