The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is currently conducting a missing person investigation in the City of Welland.
Officers assigned to 3 District (Welland / Pelham) are currently searching for Donavin SULLIVAN-KARR (15 years of age). He was last seen on May 1, 2023, in the City of St. Catharines near Scott Street and Niagara Steet. At that time Donavin refused to return home and left the area on foot. Family and NRPS detectives have been in contact with him by phone since May 1, 2023, but his current physical location is unknown.
Donavin is described as follows:
White male Approximately 100lbs 5’5” tall Brown hair Brown eyes
Donavin was last seen wearing:
Black baseball hat Black sweater Black pants Backpack and a satchel
The police and Donavin’s family are concerned for his welfare. 3 District officers are asking the public for assistance. Anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of Donavin are being asked to contact the NRPS Communications Unit at 905-688-4111.
