The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is proud to partner with Wendy’s restaurants across Niagara for the 5th annual Summer Safety Campaign.
The campaign is unique to Niagara and started locally in partnership with our Niagara Wendy’s owners. Niagara Wendy’s have provided NRPS officers across Niagara with Frosty coupons. Officers can use these coupons to acknowledge safe summer behaviour (e.g., Wearing a safety helmet or life jacket) and to create positive opportunities for Niagara’s youth to interact with NRPS officers.
The campaign kicks off Wednesday July 6, 2023, at 11:00am. The public is invited to attend one of three Wendy’s locations and meet with NRPS officers in attendance during our Summer Safety Giveaway.

There will be free Frosties for all children who attend. Frosty coupons awarded by officers throughout the summer are redeemable at any Wendy’s store in Niagara. Frosty eaters are asked to use caution. A delicious Frosty brain freeze may occur.
Wendy’s has acquired 500 bike helmets that will be split up between the three locations. Children (ages 1 – 13) attending one of the three locations will receive a free bike helmet compliments of Wendy’s while supplies last. Children must be in attendance to receive a helmet.
