Suspect Sought After Break and Enter at a Lincoln Public School

Detectives from the 8 District Office (Lincoln, West Lincoln, Grimsby) of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are investigating a late night school break and enter in the Town of Lincoln.

The investigation has determined that on July 27, 2024, between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. suspect(s) entered into Twenty Valley Public School located at 4057 Victoria Avenue in the Town of Lincoln. Once inside the school, the suspect(s) caused extensive damage to the interior of the school and property inside the school. It is estimated that it will cost approximately $80,000 to $100,000 to remediate the damage. The suspects then fled the area.

8 District Uniform patrol officers and the Niagara Regional Police Service’s Canine Unit attended and commenced a search but were not successful in locating the suspect(s).

Detectives are asking witnesses or anyone in the area with video surveillance, including Simons Lane and Twenty-Third Street, to contact the lead detective by dialing 905-688-4111, option 3, extension #1009528.
