Niagara Falls Man Arrested Following NRPS Firearms Investigation

In September of 2024 detectives from the 2 District (Niagara Falls / Niagara on the Lake) Street Crime Unit with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) entered into a firearm in investigation in the City of Niagara Falls. 

As a result of the in the investigation, detectives identified a male suspected of being in possession of a firearm.   On September 25, 2024, detectives, and officers from the NRPS Emergency Task Unit executed 2 search warrants at a local storage locker and an address on Harovics Lane in the City of Niagara Falls.  Detectives located suspected illegal narcotics and firearms.

Detectives arrested Jarrod Brian Graham (32 years) of Niagara Falls.  At the time of his arrest Graham was wanted by police for failing to comply with a release order. 

Detectives seized the following:

2 firearms (one loaded) 32.2 grams of fentanyl (value $2500) 48.2 grams of cocaine (value $4820) 112.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine (value $ 3400) $1230 in currency.  

Graham has been charged with the criminal offences of:

Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl (2 Counts) Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine Possession for the purpose of trafficking crystal methamphetamine Possession of proceeds of crime Possession of stolen property under $5,000 (3 Counts) Possession of a firearm without a licence (2 Counts) Unsafe storage of a firearm Possession of a firearm with ammunition Failing to comply with release order

Graham was held in custody for a video bail hearing to the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines on September 26, 2024.
