Officers from the 1 District – St. Catharines / Thorold office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Emma Townsend.
Emma left her family home on foot on October 1, 2024. The matter was reported to the NRPS to commence an investigation on October 8, 2024. Investigative efforts thus far have not been able to locate Emma.
Emma was last seen around Westchester Avenue and Princess Street in St. Catharines.
Emma (see photo) is described as:
White female 5’6″ tall 130 lbs. Very dark brownish black hair Earrings in each ear Brown eyes Distinctive nose
Emma was last seen wearing:
A V-neck knitted long sleeve black charcoal sweater. Charcoal grey wool dress pants with a maroon pattern in them. Black low top runners
Emma has ties to Cambridge, Burlington and Parry Sound.
The police and Emma’s family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone who may have information as to her location are asked to contact detectives by email at [email protected].
