The Niagara Regional Police Service Board and the Niagara Regional Police Service are seeking the public’s input and consultation as we develop the 2026-2029 Strategic Plan.
A Strategic Plan acts as a foundational framework that defines the Niagara Regional Police Service’s priorities, objectives, and planned initiatives over a specific timeframe. Shaped through input from community members, and Service personnel, the plan is designed to align with the changing expectations and needs of the communities we serve.
This document guides decision-making and resource allocation, ensuring our efforts are directed toward core commitments like public safety, community well-being, transparency, accountability, and ongoing development.
It also serves as a benchmark for progress, offering the public a transparent view of how we are building trust and delivering responsive, effective policing.
