Public Release – Criminal Impaired Driving Offences – June 1 to June 14, 2025

In an effort to bring further attention to and deterrence against driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, the Niagara Regional Police Service is reporting the names of individuals charged with alleged criminal impaired driving offences in the region.

In addition to being charged, these individuals are also subject to a Ministry of Transportation 90-day administrative driver’s licence suspension and are prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on any roadway. The public is encouraged to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service’s Traffic Safety Hotline or Crime Stoppers to report those driving in contravention of a suspension.

The following individuals have been criminally charged with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 milligrams or more of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample:
