Criminal impaired driving offences Dec. 7 to Dec. 13, 2020
There have been six people charged with an alleged criminal impaired driving offence in the Niagara Region for the period Dec. 7-Dec. 13.
None were from West Niagara communities, however, there was one man from nearby Welland.
All drivers on the list are also bound by a Ministry of Transportation 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and are prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a roadway.
Niagara Police encourages the public to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service Traffic Safety Hotline or Crime Stoppers to report anyone who drives in contravention of the suspensions.
Niagara Region DUI charges
The following people have been charged criminally with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 80mg or above of alcohol in 100ml of blood, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample.
