Staff was notified that the visitor was last at the facility on Dec. 2. Specific details, such as the identity of the individual, has not been shared.

The Livingston Activity Centre is a community recreation facility frequented by seniors. It’s located at 18 Livingston Ave in Grimsby adjacent to the Grimsby Square Shopping Centre. It is home to the Grimsby Seniors Clubthe Grimsby Starmakers, and several other community organizations.

Risk determinations are being managed by a Niagara Region Public Health case manager. Any staff or patrons deemed at risk for exposure will be contacted directly by NRPH.
