Former Principal of Heritage Christian School Arrested in Relation to Sexual Assault

Since October of 2024, the Sexual Assault Unit with the Niagara Regional Police Service have been investigating a historical sexual assault call that occurred in the Niagara Region.

Investigation revealed a 56-year-old male had sexually assaulted a female from the age of 11-14 years old.

As a result of the investigation detectives have determined that the suspect was a Principle at Heritage Christian School in Jordan, Ontario and has significant ties in the Christian Community.

Further to this, the investigation also revealed the suspect was a Deputy Principal in John Calvin Christian School in Albany Western Australia prior to coming to Canada in 2007.

On October 11, 2024, Brian Bosch (56 years old) of West Lincoln was arrested and charged with the following offences:

Bosch has been held in custody pending a bail hearing that is expected to take place on October 12, 2024, at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church Street in the City of St. Catharine’s.
