In January 2022, street crime detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS), 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold), 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-On-The-Lake), and 3 District (Welland/Port Colborne), commenced an investigation into the distribution of illegal drugs throughout the Region of Niagara.
On April 6th, 2022, detectives received judicial authorization to execute a search warrant at an address in the area of Bowman Crescent and Wilkerson Street, in the City of Thorold. As a result of the investigation a loaded 9mm firearm, 825 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 637 grams of fentanyl, 58 grams of cocaine, and $2100 believed to be from the proceeds of crime was seized. The combined estimated street value is $360,000.
Kimera FULLWOOD (23 years) of Toronto is charged with the following offences:

Tremaine CLARKE (29 years) of Toronto is charged with the following offences:

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

FULLWOOD, CLARKE, MOHAMED, and SANDHU were all held for a bail hearing and will attend the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines via video link on April 8th, 2022.
