Male Arrested for Break and Enter in Lincoln

On January, 27th 2022 at approximately 2:04am, 8 District (Grimsby) uniform officers attended the Lakehouse restaurant located at 3100 North Service Road, in the Town of Lincoln, for an alarm call for service.

Investigation revealed that an unknown male had smashed the glass of the front door to enter into to the restaurant. While inside the restaurant the suspect proceeded to steal items from the fridge and then damaged the cash register prior to leaving the restaurant.

Further investigation by Grimsby detectives led detectives to identify the truck the suspect was driving as stolen.

Jeremy Boyer (32 years old) of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with the following offences of:

Break Enter and Commit to Non Dwelling (2 Counts) Possession of Property obtained by Crime over $5000.00

Boyer was held in custody with a future court date.
