A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged with mischief after he allegedly sent unsolicited sex workers to a Pelham home.
Niagara police launched an investigation in January after receiving a complaint and determined that between Dec. 5 and Jan. 10 someone allegedly sent unsolicited female sex trade workers to the victim’s residence in Pelham on 15 different occasions.
A search warrant issued during the invetsigation which resulted in the arrest of a man on May 10.
Anosan Kugathas, 29, of Pelham was arrested and charged with two counts of: Mischief Over $5000.
Kugathas was released from custody with a future court date to answer to the charges.
