The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is requesting public assistance in locating Esther PITTMAN(83 years-of-age). She was last seen at her residence in the area of Plymouth Road and Lincoln Street in the City of Welland on Saturday, November 1 at around 2:30 pm.
Esther is described as follows:
White Female 5’1” Short Brown Hair Medium Build Using a wheelchair Possibly wearing a pink outfit and black jacket OR blue pants and a white top
Officers and family members are concerned for Esther’s welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating her. Residents and businesses in the area of Plymouth Road and Lincoln Street are requested to review any video surveillance that may assist in locating Esther. Anyone who may have information on Esther’s whereabouts is requested to contact Niagara Regional Police Service at (905)-688-4111.
