Roger last seen on June 2, 2023, at approximately 9:30pm in the area Portage Road and Kitchener Street in Niagara Falls. He left the area on foot.
Roger is described as:
White male 6’ feet tall Goatee Balding
Last seen wearing:
Dark blue shirt Baseball cap Blue jeans
The police and Roger’s family are concerned for his welfare. Anyone who may have information as to his location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1022200.
