MISSING PERSON – NRPS in Welland are Searching for a 37-Year-Old Woman

Officers from the 3 District – Welland / Pelham office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Lauren McCollum (37 yrs.).

Lauren was last seen on May 14, 2023, in the Rice Road and Merritt Road area of Welland.   At that time, she left a family home with a friend.  Lauren primarily lives in Welland but is known to move about Niagara.  Lauren will check in and communicate with her family periodically.  She has not communicated.

Lauren is described as:

White female, fair skin Height: 5’4” Approximately 140 lbs. Shoulder length dark blonde hair No tattoos Ear and nose pierced.

Lauren has ties to Niagara Falls and is known to frequent there.

The police and Lauren’s family are concerned for her welfare.  Lauren was reported missing to the Niagara Regional Police Service on July 17, 2023.  Investigative efforts to locate her thus far have been unsuccessful.  Anyone who may have information as to her location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009395.
