MISSING PERSON – Welland NRPS Officers Searching for 12-Year-Old Boy

Detectives and uniform officers from the 3 District Welland office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for 12-year-old Carson Hunter.

Carson left his residence in the area of Thornton Avenue and Glenwood Parkway in Welland (Dain City) on May 17, 2022, at approximately 9:00am.  Carson was reported missing later that evening.  Since that time officers have been looking for Hunter.  During the course of the investigation officers have learned Carson has been staying with different friends in the Welland area.  Carson has also been communicating with friends and family via social media as recent as May 25, 2022.

Officers have been working to locate Carson and maintain the privacy of his identity prior to a public appeal. 

Carson’s family and the police remain concerned for his safety and are appealing to the public for their assistance in helping to locate Hunter.

Carson is described as:

White male 5’6” feet tall, 130 lbs Brown hair and eyes

Carson maybe wearing:

White t-shirt Grey pants

Carson may be riding a red or orange mountain bike.
