In April of 2025, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began an investigation into the luring of minors using the Internet. Over the course of the investigation the suspect is alleged to have communicated for a sexual purpose with young persons under the age of 16, using the Snapchat username “model_agency25”. The offences took place over a period of time in early 2025. After a thorough investigation by members of the NRPS ICE Unit, a Port Colborne resident was identified as the suspect.
On Thursday, December 4, 2025, Detectives from the NRPS Internet Child Exploitation Unit and the 3 District Street Crime Unit arrested 45-year-old Bryan Leslie PRINGLE of Port Colborne for the following Criminal Code offences:
Luring a Child- Under 16- via Telecommunication to Facilitate Sexual Interference Luring a Child- Under 16- via Telecommunication to Facilitate Sexual Assault Luring a Child- Under 16- via Telecommunication- Obtaining Sexual Services Make Available Sexually Explicit Material to a Person Under 16
Bryan Leslie PRINGLE remains in custody and is scheduled to attend a bail hearing on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.
Detectives have identified additional Snapchat accounts used by Bryan Pringle; “rubkids699”, “kidmodel457”, “kidsyum699”, “janesfriend6999”, “shhssksskskj”, “miagoldberg699” and hotkids69455”. If anyone has had any contact or information regarding these accounts, please contact members of the ICE Unit or call 905-688-4111, ext 1009172.
Online platforms that allow like-minded users to engage with minors, create, share, and store Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are prevalent on the Internet. Offenders who attempt to lure children behind anonymous accounts on different platforms can be identified and will be held accountable for their actions.
