Detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Service have continued this investigation to locate and arrest Castro.
On March 26, 2023, at 7:50pm officers attended a house on St. Clair Avenue in Niagara Falls. Castro was located inside and arrested without incident.
Castro is being charged with the Criminal Code offences of:
Mischief under $5000 Fail to comply with a release order (3 Counts)
Castro was held in custody for a bail hearing via video to the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines on March 27, 2023.
