Criminal impaired driving offenses Oct. 12 to Oct. 18
A 45-year-old Pelham man is among six people charged with an alleged criminal impaired driving offence in the Niagara Region for the period Oct. 12-18.
Andrew D. Witt, 45, of Pelham is the only person from a West Niagara community on the current list.
The drivers are also bound by a Ministry of Transportation 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and are prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a roadway.
Niagara Police encourages the public to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service Traffic Safety Hotline or Crime Stoppers to report anyone who drives in contravention of the suspensions.
Niagara Region DUI charges
The following individuals have been charged criminally with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 80mg or above of alcohol in 100ml of blood, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample.
