Lincoln County Humane Society: Larry

Breed: Umbrella Cockatoo: approx. 10 years old, Male.

Larry is the life of the party. He’s very vocal and always ready to put on a show. Larry was surrendered to the Lincoln County Humane Society shelter.

Larry requires a bird savvy home. His adopters must be aware of how loud Cockatoos can be. They are not an easy pet to keep and require a lot of time, devotion and understanding from their caregivers.

Their life expectancy is 40+ years in captivity.

Umbrella Cockatoos require the largest cage available and need to be out of their cage as much as possible.
