Lincoln County Humane Society: Raider
Breed: Mountain Cur/Terrier mix: 1 year old, Male.
Raider is one of the sweetest and friendliest dogs you’ll ever meet. He is all about having fun. He loves playing with his toys and seems to have endless energy. He likes being pet and giving little kisses.
He loves going for walks but needs to work on his leash manners. His adopter(s) will be committed to patiently teaching him manners and improving his obedience.
Training is a must (remember, all dogs adopted from the LCHS are offered six free training sessions from our trainer Celine) but it will be a fun process for Raider and his family because he is so eager to please, quick to learn, and has such a zest for life.
Raider’s perfect forever home has a fully fenced yard, no kids, no other dogs and no cats. His new family must be active because he sure is.
All adoptable dogs have been given a behavioural test. LCHS staff are happy to explain the testing and discuss the results with potential adopters during the initial meeting with the dog they are interested in.
If you’re looking for an energetic dog like Raider to be your new best friend, call the shelter at 905-682-0767 to arrange to meet him.
COVID-19 Protocol:
LCHS is not open for general inquiry walk-ins regarding pet availability and viewing at the shelter.
