Niagara-on-the-Lake – On November 29, 2025, uniformed officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) responded to a Niagara College Winery storage facility on Concession 5 Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a report of a belated Break and Enter.
Officers determined that on November 27, 2025, at approximately 11:55 PM an unknown suspect arrived at the facility on an ATV. The suspect used the ATV to break a door to the facility. The suspect then entered the facility, stole a quantity of wine and fled on the ATV. The suspect returned two more times throughout the night, stole more wine and again fled on the ATV.
The suspect is described as follows.
Medium build Wearing a black, full-faced, motorcycle helmet Green jacket Brown pants Black shoes Black backpack
The ATV is described as follow.
A newer model ATV Black/grey in colour Two-up style seat (for two people) with a backrest LED headlights.
Detectives from the 2 District Street Crime Unit (SCU) have taken carriage of this investigation and have released photos of the suspect and ATV.
