Three Persons Arrested in NRPS Drug Trafficking Investigation – Niagara Falls

In the early months of 2025, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Street Crime Unit detectives assigned to 2 District (Niagara Falls / Niagara-on-the-Lake) commenced an investigation into suspected drug trafficking occurring in the City of Niagara Falls.

On May 13, 2025, detectives received judicial authorization to execute a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant for a room at a Lundy’s Lane hotel near Montrose Road in Niagara Falls.

As a result of the investigation, three suspects were arrested, and officers seized the following:

90 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine (estimated value: $9,250) 54 grams of suspected fentanyl (estimated value: $5,500) A Winchester .30-30 rifle (found laying on the bed)

Robert Carl Collingwood, 31, of Hamilton, has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

Possession of a Schedule I substance (methamphetamine) for the purpose of trafficking Possession of a Schedule I substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking

Danna Marie O’Shea, 46, of Niagara Falls, has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

Possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm without holding a licence Possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm knowing possession without a licence Careless storage of a firearm Possession of a Schedule I substance (fentanyl) for the purpose of trafficking Possession of a Schedule I substance (opioid – hydromorphone) for the purpose of trafficking

Trevis Michael Little, 38, of Niagara Falls, has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

Possession of a firearm without holding a licence Careless storage of a firearm Possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm knowing possession without a licence Possession of a Schedule I substance (fentanyl) for the purpose of trafficking Possession of a Schedule I substance (opioid – hydromorphone) for the purpose of trafficking

All three accused were released from custody on Form 10 Undertakings with future court dates scheduled at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines.
