Detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 8 District (Grimsby/Lincoln/West Lincoln) continue to investigate the disappearance of a 72-year-old Grimsby man.
Wolfgang Glaser was last seen on June 21, 2025. However, an ongoing investigation by NRPS detectives has now confirmed Glaser was travelling southbound on Mountain Road near Elm Tree Road in Grimsby at approximately 8 p.m. that evening.
He is believed to be operating his silver 2007 Mazda 5 hatchback, bearing Ontario licence plate CPYA 061. The vehicle is distinctive, featuring black steel winter rims and noticeable damage to the rear driver-side quarter panel.
Glaser’s family has been working closely with investigators and has received several tips, though none have yet led to his location. His disappearance is considered completely out of character.
The family and the Niagara Regional Police Service are issuing another public appeal for information that may assist in locating Glaser. This includes any security camera footage, dashcam video or other surveillance that could help establish timelines and locations relevant to the case.
Residents in the areas of Mountain Road, Grimsby Road and Smithville are asked to check their properties and nearby areas for any signs of Glaser or his vehicle.
Glaser is described as:

He was last seen wearing beige shorts and a blue shirt with “REDUCE, REUSE, RETHINK, RECYCLE” printed on the back. He uses a cane and wears a brace on his right knee.
