UPDATE #1 LOCATED – MISSING PERSON – 80-year-old Male from Grimsby

Teddy has been located. Thank you for your assistance. The NRPS has removed Teddy’s photo from the original media release and our social media for his privacy.  We ask the public and media outlets to consider doing the same.

 

Original Media Release:

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is requesting public assistance in locating Tadeusz (Teddy) OLEJNIK(80 years-of-age). He was last seen at his residence in the area of Evergreens Drive in the Town of Grimsby on Friday, November 28 at around 9:30 am. Teddy left the residence in a 2012 brown 4-door Honda Civic bearing license plate “DBZJ 527”. Teddy is believed to have been headed to the area of Queenston Road and Nash Road South in Stoney Creek. Teddy is known to frequently travel on Highway #8.

Teddy is described as follows:

White Male 5’10” Short Grey Hair Heavy Build Walks with a cane Wearing a grey puffy jacket, brown leather slip on shoes Carrying a brown leather sling

Officers and family members are concerned for Teddy’s welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him. Anyone who may have information on Teddy’s whereabouts, or his vehicle’s whereabouts, is requested to contact Niagara Regional Police Service at (905)-688-4111.
