Human Trafficking Investigation Leads to Brampton Man’s Arrest – UPDATE #1

Detectives assigned to the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Human Trafficking Unit with assistance from the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) continue to investigate the trafficking of women throughout the Regional Municipality’s of Niagara and Halton.

Further to the criminal charges that were laid on September 10th, 2022, in relation to Patrick Boyd Park (40 years) of Brampton, additional victims have come forward.  As a result of the continued investigation, Patrick Boyd Park has been charged with additional Criminal Code offences, listed as follows:

• Obtaining sexual services for consideration

• Sexual assault (2 counts)

• Uttering threats

• Assault

Detectives continue to believe there could be additional victims.  PARK was involved in the adult entertainment industry and was known as “Luca” or “Lukas.”

PARK is currently in the custody of Ontario’s Correctional Services and has a next scheduled court appearance on October 3rd, 2022, via video link to the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.
