Fort Erie Man Arrested For Break and Enter

At the end of November 2022, 5 District – Fort Erie uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) commenced investigations into several break and enters in Fort Erie.  The investigations involved incidents that occurred in the area of Kam Road and Edgemere Lane.

5 District detectives were assigned to the investigation and as a result a male suspect was identified.  On December 22, 2022, 5 District uniform officers and detectives arrested Fort Erie resident Paul VOK (36 years old). 

VOK has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

Break Enter and Commit / Dwelling house – Sec. 348(1)(B) Fail to Comply Probation – Sec. 733.1(1)

VOK has been held in custody for a video bail hearing to the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse on December 23, 2022.
