Lincoln man arrested after alleged indecent act

A Lincoln man was arrested Friday after a teenage girl was witness to an “indecent act” in March, Niagara police said.

Police said a 16-year-old girl was walking in the area of Garden Gate and Greenlane in Lincoln in March when a man in a red pickup truck followed her then parked. As the girl passed the truck she saw the man “committing an indecent act”. Police did not provide details as to what the indecent act was.

On Friday, Aaron David C. Zukewich, 33, of Lincoln was arrested and charged with “Criminal Harassment Indecent Act”. Zukewich was held in custody pending a bail hearing expected to take place today.
