Man and Woman Arrested in Relation to Niagara Falls Drug Investigation

Over the month of August, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service 2 District – Niagara Falls Street Crime Unit conducted an investigation into the sale of illicit drugs in the City of Niagara Falls.

On August 23, 2022, a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act Search Warrant was prepared and executed at a local motel on Lundy’s Lane in the City of Niagara Falls. Detectives were assisted by the 2 District Detective Office and the Emergency Task Unit

Detectives seized:

547.1 grams of crystal methamphetamine 30.8 grams of fentanyl 15.9 grams of cocaine

The estimated street value of the drugs is over $29,000.

Detectives also seized:

$3385 in currency Bear spray Replica firearms Large amount of suspected stolen property.

Detectives have arrested two persons in relation to the investigation.  Jarrod Brian Graham (29 years) and Carrie Anne Ingram (39 years) both of Niagara Falls; have each been charged with the criminal offences of:

Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (3 Counts) Possession of Proceeds of Crime

Graham and Ingram were both held in custody for a video bail hearing on August 24, 2022, to the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines.
