Ontario Public Health confirmed 105 new cases of COVID-19 today and one new death in the province.

The province saw similar reports over the weekend. Saturday reported 108 new cases with one new death. Sunday saw 115 new cases with no new deaths reported.

Today is the seventh consecutive day that Ontario has seen cases numbers over 100. Despite the increase across the province, Niagara has reported no new cases today.

Ontario Health Minister Christine Elliot shared in a tweet that 30 of 34 public health units in the province reported five or fewer cases with 19 units reporting no new cases.

The total number of confirmed cases is now at 41,507. Of these confirmed cases, there are 37,673 resolved cases, with 78 newly resolved cases as of today and 1798 reported deaths.
